Join The Social Sip at Eleven Winery on Thursday, December 16th from 6-7:30pm for an overview of how to properly taste and identify aromas and flavors in a bottle of wine. We'll explore four different wines in a side-by-side comparison, discuss the basics of food and wine pairings and give you the confidence to talk that wine talk at your next cocktail party! Class includes four pours of our wine (equal to one glass), expert instruction and a Wine Folly flavor and aroma wheel. Additional wine by the glass is available and all wines will be available for bottle purchase.
